Countdown is on for Crypt Factor 2026

With just over a week to go until this year’s Crypt Factor, 16 budding performers are now preparing to swap their day jobs at leading companies in the property and construction sectors, to sing on stage at Elland Road in front of almost 1,000 of their industry peers.

This year’s annual singing competition takes place on Thursday 25^th June and will raise tens of thousands of pounds for Leeds based charities, St George’s Crypt and Yorkshire Property Charitable Trust. Crypt Factor is now widely recognised as one of the North of England’s most successful charity events and has raised more than £1.125m since the first event was held in 2007.

Companies that will be represented in this year’s contest include JPG, Lodestone Projects, Whittam Cox, RBA, Monroe Estate Agents, CBRE, Morgan Sindall, The LK Group, Bowman Riley, Balmorality Business Connections and Savills.

The show’s organising committee and main sponsors, comprising of GV&Co, Pinsent Masons and Town Centre Securities PLC, are now busy mentoring the acts ahead of the event, which will be compered by Ben Hall from NorthCap and Corinne Travis from Network Space.

Additional support is provided by Candid PR and Anderson Advertising & Property Marketing, with the event’s hugely impressive stage set-up, lighting and sound provided by Sterling Event Group.

Crypt Factor committee member, Garry Howes, from GV&Co, said: “Crypt Factor is one of the biggest events in the property industry’s annual calendar and is always very well supported. Yet again, we sold every table within a matter of weeks and have a brilliant line-up of acts who will put on a superb show.

“Last year’s event raised more than £100,000, which has made a huge difference to all types of causes and people in Leeds and throughout the wider region. This time we also have several prestigious auction prizes up for grabs and a few other surprises in store, so there’s every chance this year’s event could be the most successful Crypt Factor ever.”

St George’s Crypt has worked with homeless people in Leeds since 1930 and has developed a comprehensive service to combat the revolving door of homelessness and supporting clients in learning to manage their addictions and dealing with issues.

Yorkshire Property Charitable Trust was established in 2015 by members of the property sector in Leeds. Today the trust supports all kinds of charities across Yorkshire and encourages members of the property community to nominate charities, as well as supporting specific projects or the purchase of equipment. It has also match funded members of the property community in their fundraising efforts.
